Tim Price

Tim Price is the current Chief Financial Officer at Soelect. Prior to this, they were with Pathway Consulting, Inc. as their Vice President. Before that, they were with KDI Capital Partners, LLC from January 2006 to December 2007 as their Vice President. Tim was responsible for identifying and managing investment opportunities among publicly owned consumer sector companies, selecting potential investment targets, performing due diligence and developing detailed financial models. From 1991 to 1992, they were the Vice President and Controller at W.A. Adams Company where they were responsible for all financial reporting, co-ordination of external audit, assistance with corporate tax returns, administration of benefit plans, and participation in M&A activities. Tim started their career in 1980 at KPMG where they worked their way up to Senior Audit Manager. Tim was responsible for oversight of audit engagements, supervision of staff, practice development activities and various administrative functions. Their industry experience includes real estate and construction, agribusiness, broadcast and cable television, financial institutions and manufacturing companies.

The educational career for Tim Price would be a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
