Andrew Christie

Andrew Christie has over 30 years of work experience. Andrew began their career in 1991 at Tait Electronics Ltd as a Senior RF Designer. In 1998, they joined RF Micro Devices as an Applications Engineering Manager for Power Amplifiers and a Senior Applications Engineer. In 2003, they moved to RF Micro Devices, Inc. as a Senior Engineering Manager. In 2005, they were appointed as the VP of Engineering at Sarantel Ltd. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Peregrine Semiconductor as a 5G Senior Technical Marketing Manager and a Technical Marketing Manager. Andrew is currently the VP of Engineering & Operations at Sofant Technologies.

Andrew Christie attended the University of Canterbury from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering 2:1, with a focus on Electronics and Communications Theory. Prior to this, they attended Kaikorai Valley High from 1982 to 1986.
