Nikita Tkacuks

Nikita Tkacuks has worked in the engineering field since 2014. In that year, they worked as a Placement Student at Kongsberg Maritime, where they assisted service engineers with fixing and installing Dynamic Positioning (DP) systems. Nikita was also trained to operate and maintain HiPAP and K-Pos systems. From 2014-2016, Nikita worked at Kaiam Corporation as a Development Engineer and Graduate Engineer. During this time, they developed a test line from the USA to Scotland, performed test data analysis, and developed manual assembly processes of a new LS2 transceiver. From 2016-2019, Nikita worked at STMicroelectronics as a Product Test Engineer. Nikita was involved in testing Time-of-Flight and ALS devices at both wafer and module levels. Nikita also worked closely with design, system, and reliability teams to develop an optimized EWS, manual, or handler test solutions. Currently, Nikita is employed at Sofant Technologies as a Senior Test Engineer.

Nikita Tkacuks attended Riga Secondary School no. 40 from 1998 to 2010, where they earned their High School Diploma. Nikita then attended the University of Aberdeen from 2010 to 2015, where they earned their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
