Prabakar Parthiban

Prabakar Parthiban, Ph.D., is a Satellite Terminal Manager and Senior IEEE Member with extensive engineering and leadership experience across diverse industry sectors, including IoT, Aerospace, and Satellite Communication. Currently overseeing the qualification process of satellite terminals at Sofant Technologies, Prabakar develops test strategies and manages stakeholder relationships to ensure compliance with industry standards. Previously, they held various roles at Times-7, contributing significantly to product development and engineering leadership while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Prabakar earned a Ph.D. in Antennas and Microwave Engineering from Auckland University of Technology, where they also serve as a Doctoral Supervisor.
