David Ramsaur is a seasoned naval officer with extensive experience in meteorology and oceanography. They served as a meteorologist at Fleet Numerical Meteorology and Oceanography Detachment from 2006 to 2007, and later held various roles at the Fleet Weather Center - Norfolk, including Chief Science Officer and Senior Watch Officer since 2022.
