Rafe Offer is an experienced entrepreneur and marketing consultant based in the live music and innovation sectors. As the Founder of Bands on Beds, Rafe is leading a new charity focused on supporting musicians' sustainability during tours. Rafe co-founded and serves as the Chair and CEO of this&that, and is the Founder and Executive Chair of Sofar Sounds, which facilitates live music experiences across over 40 cities worldwide. Rafe's extensive background includes consultancy roles at Twenty Recruitment Group, Diageo, Microsoft, Aviva Insurance, and Moneysupermarket.com, alongside ongoing contributions as a Guest Speaker and member of the 'e100' Angel Investment Group at London Business School. Rafe's academic credentials include a marketing master's degree from Northwestern University and participation in an international business program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
