Charles's expertise encompasses international business development, project financing, and bid management, alongside a strong technical background in engineering. Charles earned a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ESME-Sudria and a Baccalauréat in Mathematics from Lycée Janson-de-Sailly.
