Stephan Bayer

Stephan Bayer is a seasoned entrepreneur and educator with a robust background in digital education and cultural initiatives. Currently serving as the Initiator for iddb.school since April 2021, Stephan also holds the position of Founder and Managing Director at sofatutor GmbH, guiding students towards taking ownership of their academic journeys since May 2007. As a Founding Member and Chair of the Edtech Founders Club since May 2021, Stephan actively contributes to the advancement of educational technology. Additionally, Stephan initiated Art Market 101 in November 2019, collaborating with Niklas Bolle to enhance knowledge about the art market. Earlier experience includes an advisory role at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and founding an NGO for cross-cultural learning, JuT. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, completed from 2004 to 2008.
