Van Vo

Van Vo is a UX Researcher with extensive experience in executing qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive audits. Currently employed at sofatutor since July 2024 and previously at StepStone from February 2023 to July 2024, Van has a strong background in user experience research, including roles at Sharpist as a User Experience Researcher from February 2021 to February 2023. Van also has experience as a Content Experience Specialist, focusing on developing microlearning journeys and improving content libraries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Psychology with a focus on environmental psychology and human-technology interaction from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and training in UX/UI Design from ReDI School of Digital Integration.
