Saad Badar Siddiqi

Saad Badar Siddiqi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Saad is currently working as the Head of Growth and Strategy at Sofcom since April 2023. Previously, they held positions at HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions, where they served as a Senior Manager of Business and HR Operations from July 2022 to February 2023, and as a Manager of Business Development and Relationship from August 2016 to June 2022. Before that, Saad worked at PwC Middle East Enterprise Solutions as an Account Manager from September 2015 to August 2016, where they managed SAP Business One and Ad-on products and generated leads through different platforms. Saad also gained experience in sales force and CRM during their time there. At Rocket Internet Munich GmbH, Saad held the position of Deputy Sales Manager for Lamudi.pk from December 2013 to September 2015. Saad started their professional journey as an intern at Corvit Networks in August 2012.

Saad Badar Siddiqi attended the Institute of Business Management (IOBM) from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan from 2006 to 2008, earning a TSA (Technical Skills Certificate) in Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Saad has also acquired several certifications. In December 2015, they obtained the SAP Business One: Sales Executive Qualification from SAP. In March 2020, they completed a certification titled "Improving your focus" offered by LinkedIn. In April 2020, Saad obtained a certification called "Transforming from Manager to Leader" from LinkedIn. Most recently, in May 2020, they acquired an Operational Excellence certification from LinkedIn. Saad's future plans include obtaining the Certified Global CxO certification from the CxO Global Forum in April 2023.
