Kerry Lock, PhD, is the founder and Programme Manager of the Nourish and Flourish programme at SOFEA, which launched in January 2022 and focuses on improving community nutrition through education and support. With a background in environmental conservation and sustainability from the University of Oxford, Kerry has held various leadership roles, including Communities Manager at Resource Futures and Head of Learning at Earth Trust. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Aberdeen and holding a Nutritional Therapist Diploma, Kerry is committed to empowering individuals with knowledge and skills for healthier food choices. The Nourish and Flourish initiative aims to foster long-term health through nutritional support, cooking skill development, and integrated school programs.
