Charles Garnero

Charles Garnero is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at SOFEC, Inc. since 1998, Charles has also held significant roles such as Pressure Equipment Design Review at American Bureau of Shipping and Pipe Stress Consultant Engineer at New Zealand Worley. Previously, Charles worked at the Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station in various capacities, including Mk 50 Torpedo In-Service Engineering Agent and Mechanical Automation Project Engineer. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and pursued further education at Penn State University.
