Daniel Hill

Daniel Hill is a skilled professional with a background in ocean engineering, having earned a degree from Texas A&M University in 2020. Currently, Daniel serves as a Full-stack Developer and Data Analyst at SOFEC, Inc., where work includes developing a machine learning tool to predict line tensions, angles, and depth based on vessel motions. Previous experience includes roles as a Coastal Engineering Research Assistant at Texas A&M University and a Research Assistant in the Material Science Department at the same institution. Additionally, Daniel was an Electrical Engineer Apprentice at Cleveland Electrical and gained early exposure to scientific and software environments as an intern at Giddens Consulting, Inc.
