Melanie Walden

Melanie Walden has extensive experience in human resources, serving as a Human Resources Representative at HR Symposium from 2000 to 2015 and currently in the same role at SOFEC, Inc. since March 2001. In the current position, Melanie manages the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office, overseeing the administration of policies, recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation surveys. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from LeTourneau University, with additional education from the University of Houston-Downtown.
