Sooyoung Kim

Sooyoung Kim possesses extensive experience in engineering, particularly in welding and quality control. Currently serving as an Engineer at SOFEC, Inc. since February 2004, Sooyoung Kim is involved in the development and supply of Single-Point Mooring systems. Prior to this role, Sooyoung Kim contributed as an Engineer in Welding, Mechanical, and Safety at KOSHA from April 1997 to February 2001, focusing on establishing industrial safety standards. Earlier experience includes work as a Welding Engineer at DSME from January 1984 to December 1995. Sooyoung Kim holds a Master of Science in Mechatronics and Precision Engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pusan National University.
