Andrew Evener

Andrew Evener is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in member and client services within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Senior Member Experience Analyst at SoFi since February 2021, Andrew focuses on enhancing chatbot and digital communication content for various financial products. Prior to this role, Andrew held positions at The Bailey Group, where responsibilities included developing advisory programs and managing compliance procedures, and at VyStar Credit Union, where Andrew championed the transition to paperless tools and supported financial advisors. Earlier career experience includes roles at Hancock Bank and educational roles at Auburn University and Flagler College. Andrew holds a BA in History and Economics from Flagler College and a MS in Economics from Auburn University.
