Bianca Danello

Bianca Danello is an experienced compensation professional currently serving as a Staff Compensation Partner at SoFi since December 2021, following a tenure as Senior Compensation Partner. Prior to this, Bianca worked at Citizens Bank from January 2019 to December 2021, holding various roles including Compensation Consultant and Compensation Analyst, where responsibilities included evaluating compensation methods, managing variable pay design, and ensuring equitable job worth. Earlier experience at Providence College involved managing student philanthropy initiatives in the Annual Giving Department and supporting fundraising goals. Bianca began their professional journey as a Business Analyst Intern at SWS Technologies. Bianca earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Providence College in 2017.
