Carly Downs

Carly Downs is a seasoned UX researcher currently serving as a Staff UX Researcher at SoFi since March 2022, following a role as Senior UX Researcher. Prior to SoFi, Carly worked at Blue Lime US from September 2015 to March 2022, holding positions as Senior Moderator & Insights Manager and Insight and Project Manager. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as an Associate at Mindshare and an internship in Account Management at Grey Group NY. Earlier professional experiences also include working as a Sports Camp Coach at ESF Camps & Experiences and volunteering at Blythedale Children's Hospital. Carly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Economics, French, and Sociology, graduating Cum Laude from Bucknell University in 2015, after attending Greenwich Academy from 1997 to 2011.
