Chadwick Cloud

Chadwick Cloud currently serves as the HE SEQ Processing Manager at SoFi, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Operations at Freedom Mortgage, overseeing operations from December 2020 to September 2025, and Loan Processing Supervisor at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation from September 2019 to December 2020. Chadwick has held various positions in the mortgage industry, starting as a Loan Officer at Residential Mortgage Center in June 2007, and has also worked in sales and consulting roles at Allstate and AT&T. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Western Governors University, along with studies at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as completion of the NC Department of Insurance coursework.
