Chase Joyner, PhD, is currently a Staff AI Specialist at SoFi, overseeing model risk management independent validations of AI models. Previously, they served as a Senior Data Scientist at Teladoc Health, where they developed personalized content generation models to enhance member engagement. Chase's experience also includes roles as a Quantitative Operations Associate and Quantitative Finance Analyst at Bank of America, focusing on forecasting and credit risk modeling. They hold a PhD in Mathematics and Statistics from Clemson University, where they also completed a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
