Corey Furman

Corey Furman is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the student lending and servicing industry. Currently serving as the Director of Vendor Management for Student Loan Servicing at SoFi since April 2021, Corey has developed partnerships with established clients, servicers, and startups within the financial services sector. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Third Party Relationships at PHEAA, overseeing client relationships with over 40 banks and managing client portfolios related to secondary education loans. Corey's earlier positions also include Client Relationship Manager for American Education Services, where responsibilities involved managing and developing student lending portfolios, as well as a Command Center Administrator, overseeing call center activities and employee assignments. Corey's career began with handling escalated customer service inquiries, which honed expertise in account investigation and client communication. Education was pursued at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
