Daniel Halfmann, CFA, FRM, is the Director of Risk Analytics at SoFi, where they focus on financial risk management. They previously held positions at City National Bank as a Principal Data Scientist for Financial Risk Management and at KPMG US, where they managed risk analytics initiatives. Daniel's career includes significant work in data architecture, financial modeling, and analytics development, utilizing advanced technologies such as Python, Snowflake, and machine learning. Daniel earned an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School and a BA from The University of Texas at Austin.
