Danielle Hari

Danielle Hari, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Operations Analytics & Reporting at SoFi, where responsibilities include ownership of Workforce Management reporting, development of Snowflake database pipelines using SQL, and the oversight of 27 Tableau dashboards that facilitate business unit decision-making. Prior to this role, Danielle held multiple positions at AT&T, including Advanced Analytics Professional, Senior Project Program Manager, and Sales Program Execution Lead, achieving significant cost savings and operational improvements through data insights and analytics. Danielle holds an MBA specializing in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Information Systems/Information Technology, both from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
