Deanna Smith

Deanna Smith serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at SoFi since December 2016, following a tenure as Senior Associate at Allen & Overy from August 2012 to December 2016 and as an Associate at Bingham McCutchen from September 2006 to August 2012. Deanna holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center, attained between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, Deanna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Political Science, and History from Rice University, completing studies from 1997 to 2001. Deanna's educational background also includes an International Baccalaureate High School Diploma from Sumner Academy of Arts and Science, awarded in 1997.
