Debra Graves

Debra Graves has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, holding key positions such as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Lead Technical Recruiter at SoFi, along with roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Recruiter at Microsoft. Debra has also contributed to the recruitment efforts at Blizzard Entertainment and Electronic Arts as a Senior Recruiter. Additional experience includes serving as a Physician Recruiter/Consultant at VISTA Staffing Solutions, Inc. Debra Graves earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Oregon, completing the degree from 1987 to 1991.
