Elsa Jose

Elsa Jose is a seasoned professional in credit risk strategy and analytics with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving at SoFi as part of the Credit Risk Strategy team since February 2023, Elsa focuses on the acquisition strategy for consumer credit. Prior to this role, Elsa held the position of Vice President in Consumer Card Risk at Goldman Sachs, where the focus was on managing acquisition and account management credit risk strategies for the Apple credit card. With additional roles at Meritize, Conn's HomePlus, Kohl's Department Stores, GENPACT, and Mu Sigma, Elsa has developed expertise in credit risk forecasting, marketing analytics, and inventory management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
