Eric B. has extensive experience in fraud investigation and loss prevention, currently serving as a Fraud Investigator Special Operations at SoFi since July 2019. Throughout this role, Eric has managed cross-cultural implementation of offshore investigations related to debit card disputes and conducted financial crime investigations involving various banking products. Prior experience includes positions at 7-Eleven as a Law Enforcement Request Coordinator and a Corporate Investigator for the Profit Assurance Team, where Eric collaborated with law enforcement on complex investigations. Additional roles span organizations such as Concentrix, Kroger, the City of Bend Police Department, Walmart, and Mountain View Mall, focusing on retail crime and loss prevention. Eric holds an Advanced degree in Interview & Interrogation Techniques from Wicklander - Zulawski and attended the Community College of the Air Force.
