Gemmy Tsai currently serves as the Director of Product Management for Member Growth at SoFi, focusing on enhancing member experiences and promoting financial well-being. Previously, Gemmy Tsai held advisory roles in several startups, including Medallion, Perkspot, Knoetic, Karat, and Arc. At Solv., Gemmy Tsai was the VP of Product, leading product and design teams during a significant phase of growth for the healthcare marketplace. Gemmy Tsai's experience includes Product Lead positions at Instagram and Meta, where major business tools were developed and adopted by millions. As Head of Product at Hired, Gemmy Tsai built a successful product team, while earlier roles included Senior Product Manager at OpenTable and Associate at FTV Capital. Gemmy Tsai started a career as a Strategy Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in corporate and marketing strategy for Fortune 500 companies. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a BS in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences, Gemmy Tsai also attended Polytechnic School.
