Jared Bertrand

Jared Bertrand has a background in Information Systems from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Starting at Overstock.com in 2015 as a Workforce Management Analyst and later transitioning to Operations Analyst, Jared handled Customer Care KPI reporting and scheduling for call center agents. Currently working at SoFi since February 2017, Jared has held various roles such as Technical Support Analyst, Manager of Identity and Access Management, and currently Senior Manager of Identity Management and Security Architecture. Jared has experience in documenting processes, identifying gaps, and running basic queries using SQL.
