Jess Cherner

Jess (Hough) Cherner is an experienced recruiting professional with a robust background in executive recruiting and talent sourcing. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Recruiting & Sourcing at SoFi, Jess has previously held leadership roles at Salesforce, including Senior Manager of Sales Recruiting and Senior Manager of Talent Attraction & Sourcing. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox and a Yoga Instructor at CorePower Yoga, as well as a Network Reading Specialist at STRIVE Preparatory Charter School. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Urban Leadership and Pedagogy and Adolescent Literacy from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston College.
