Judy Leon

Judy Leon has been an Associate Manager at SoFi since August 2015, where responsibilities include independently managing teams of Lending Support Specialists and Remittance Processing Agents, as well as monitoring workloads to ensure optimal resource allocation. Prior to SoFi, Judy served as a Radiology Scheduling Coordinator at Adventist Health, providing high levels of customer service and effectively scheduling patient exams, and also held roles in insurance verification. Earlier experience includes a position as a Retail Sales Representative at AT&T, focusing on customer service in a commission-based environment. Judy holds a Medical Terminology Certificate from Des Moines University and completed high school at Ukiah High School in 2007.
