Laura Lefave

Laura LeFave currently serves as Principal People Business Partner at SoFi, a position held since 2023. Previously, Laura was Senior Director of People at LSEG, where responsibilities included partnering with C-level executives to advance the people agenda following LSEG’s acquisition of Refinitiv in 2021, and served in a similar role for LSEG Data & Analytics from 2019 to 2021. Prior experiences include Director of HR and Global HR Business Partner at Thomson Reuters from 2012 to 2019, where Laura led HR initiatives for extensive global teams, and serving as General Manager and Project Manager at Aspatore Books, managing operations and integration after its acquisition by Thomson Reuters. Laura holds an MBA from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a BA in Psychology from Boston College.
