Mackenzie Marelli has a diverse work experience ranging from housekeeping supervisor to store manager. With a background in security, management, and customer service, Mackenzie has successfully transitioned from roles in the hospitality industry to financial services at SoFi. Currently serving as an Associate Manager, Mackenzie's responsibilities include leading a team in operations flex review and conducting reviews of consumer loan applications to ensure a personalized borrower experience. Mackenzie is currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics at Salt Lake Community College.
