Mark Ellis

Mark Ellis, CPA, currently serves as an ERM Manager at SoFi since May 2022, bringing extensive experience in risk management and audit. Prior to SoFi, Mark held multiple positions at Zions Bancorporation from May 2011 to May 2022, including Senior Audit Project Manager and Senior Corporate Risk Officer, where responsibilities included managing operational loss and risk event data collection and implementing enterprise-wide policies. Mark began a career in auditing as an Internal Auditor at The University of Utah from August 2010 to May 2012 and contributed as a Graduate Assistant at the Utah State Tax Commission prior to that. Mark holds an MBA in Accounting, Finance, and Marketing from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah State University.
