Michael Later

Michael Later is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in information security and technical support. Currently serving as a Staff Security Engineer at SoFi since March 2020, Michael has progressed through various roles, including Senior Information Security Engineer and Information Security Analyst. Prior experiences include positions at Broadcom Inc. as a Strategic Support Engineer and at Symantec as a Technical Support Engineer. Michael has also held roles in technical services and support at WesTech Engineering, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, LDS Motion Picture Studio, and 1-800 CONTACTS. Michael holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Western Governors University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Audio Production from Utah Valley University.
