Mike Ottinger

Mike Ottinger is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading teams and managing software development projects. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at SoFi since March 2019, Mike oversees a full stack group focused on developing SoFi’s investment platform. Prior to this role, Mike held multiple positions at Lithium Technologies, including Software Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed migrating the core community platform to AWS and developing a social media aggregator. Earlier career highlights include consulting roles at Tacit Knowledge, LLC for clients such as Nike and Levi Strauss & Co., and serving as a Software Engineer at Organic Inc. and Vodafone. Mike holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Management Information Systems from California State University, Chico.
