Naji Farhat

Naji Farhat currently serves as the Director of Global Sales Compensation at SoFi, leading the Sales Strategy and Design Team responsible for managing sales programs across the organization, impacting over 1000 employees and generating billions in sales revenue. Previously, Naji held the position of Senior Vice President - Compensation Consultant II at Bank of America, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of various incentive plans and oversight of a $330 million annual incentive expense budget. Naji's experience also includes roles as a Data Consultant and Lead Algorithm Developer at Wacoal America, where an industry-first sizing algorithm for women’s intimate apparel was developed, and as a Registered Trader at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Additionally, Naji co-founded Sporadic Groove Records, a significant independent electronic dance music label, and ViralSounds, Inc., a peer-to-peer software company enhancing supply chain efficiency in the music industry. Naji holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Northeastern University.
