Ryan Hall

Ryan Hall is the current Vice President of Sofi Bank at SoFi. Prior to this, they were a General Manager across product, engineering, design, strategy and operations for financial services ventures at BCG Digital Ventures from July 2016 to August 2018. Ryan Hall started their career as a consultant focused on growth strategy for Fortune Global 500 financial services and payments companies at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from September 2012 to August 2018. In June 2011, they became a Summer Associate Investment Banking at Barclays Capital where they were focused on M&A transactions and mortgage backed security products. From September 2005 to January 2010, Ryan Hall was a Senior Systems Engineer / Product Manager at BAE Systems where they designed and developed hardware and software systems for autonomous vehicles. Ryan was selected for the Engineering Leadership Development Program. After Colbourne Corporation, they became a Founding Team at January 2010 to January 2011.

Ryan Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business. Ryan also attended Brophy College Preparatory.
