Samantha Small has extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors, currently serving as an Associate Manager in Review at SoFi since October 2019, after progressing through roles including Operations Team Lead and Consumer Loan Reviewer. Previous positions include Customer Service Representative at State Farm ®, Billing Specialist at Allstate, and Consumer Loan Underwriter at Wells Fargo, among others, demonstrating a strong background in loan processing and customer support. Samantha holds an Associate of Arts degree in Information Technology, along with technical certificates in Information Technology Support and Web Development Support, all from Florida State College at Jacksonville, and graduated with a high school diploma from Terry Parker High School.
