Sean Norris

Sean Norris is an Artificial Intelligence executive and data science leader with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment, technology, and government sectors. Currently a Senior Staff Data Scientist at SoFi, Sean specializes in machine learning and large language models while holding two master's degrees in Information and Data Science and Public Policy from UC Berkeley and the University of Maryland, respectively. Previously, Sean held leadership roles at major organizations including Warner Bros. Discovery and Sony Pictures Entertainment, where they drove product innovations and implemented strategic analytics. Sean also served as the Director of CitiStat for the City of Baltimore, providing strategic advisement on urban policy issues.
