Yvette Saunders is a seasoned instructional designer with extensive experience in creating effective learning solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at SoFi since March 2021, Yvette has developed a performance-based blended call center onboarding curriculum, leading to a notable increase in NPS scores and a decrease in average handling time. Prior roles include Senior Instructional Designer at Nike, where Yvette designed a Masterclass program on digital transformation, and similar positions at Syniverse, Intuit, Ellucian, Nielsen, Charter Communications, and hCentive, where responsibilities ranged from eLearning development to managing training programs. Yvette holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Shepherd University.
