Sofia Angels Ventures is a € 13 million venture capital fund backed up by the European Investment Fund to co-invest alongside angels, family offices and other private investors and funds.

We focus on technology startups at pre-seed & seed stage predominantly from Bulgaria, SEE & CEE countries but with a vision to operate around Europe and Globally.

Sofia Angels Ventures is supported by InnovFin Equity, with the financial backing of the European Union under Horizon 2020 Financial Instruments and the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) set up under the Investment Plan for Europe. The purpose of EFSI is to help support financing and implementing productive investments in the European Union and to ensure increased access to financing.
