It is Sofia Residential’s mission to supply high class, but affordable residential units to the rising middleclass and millennials in downtown Sofia.

As a company we are rooted in a Scandinavian lifestyle and we are determined to build better homes and be a part of a sustainable and better future for the people of Sofia.

Our first commercial project was finished in 2015 and since then we have developed residential projects with the object of either selling or renting individual units.
