Georgina Lara Sánchez

Georgina Lara Sánchez has been working in the finance and product management industry since 2010. Georgina began their career at TransEconomics, S.C. as an Analyst and Assistant of Research. In 2013, they moved to Pacta Capital as a Gerente de Estrategias de Inversión, where they developed risk measures for portfolios and defined strategic rebalancing to minimize costs. Georgina then joined Linio Group in 2014 as a Payments Regional Manager and Fraud Prevention Group Manager, where they were responsible for defining and executing the fraud prevention strategy. In 2018, they worked at both GBM Grupo Bursátil Mexicano as a Payments and BI Product Manager and Mercado Libre as a Business Development Financial Institutions. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Sofía.

Georgina Lara Sánchez obtained a degree in Actuaría y Matemáticas Aplicadas with a field of study in Estadística Aplicada from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México between 2005 and 2010. Georgina also holds a certification as an Ecommerce Fraud Specialist from The Fraud Practice LLC.
