Phoebe Castro has worked in the hospitality industry since 2017. Phoebe began their career at BlueBay Grand Esmeralda as a Professional Training (Marketing Trainee). In 2018 they moved to Hotel Geneve as a Professional Training (Sales Trainee). In 2019 they joined Marriott International as a Sales & Service Associate, where their main tasks included customer support, making reservations, changes and telephone cancellations, and identifying guest reservation needs. In 2020 they began working for Grupo Presidente as a Reservations Agent, where their duties included reservations, changes and cancellations, responding to guest requests via email, and providing information and quotes. Phoebe also worked at Sofía as an Ops Analyst and Sabi@.

Phoebe Castro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Managment from the Universidad Tecnológica de México in 2018. Phoebe then went on to obtain their Master in Digital Marketing and Web Analytics from Neetwork.com in 2020. Additionally, they received a Certificado de Experto en Ecommerce from Neetwork Digital Business School in July 2020.
