Bart Mistiaen

Bart Mistiaen has over three decades of experience in the IT and clinical laboratory fields. Currently a Security Engineer and Technical Consultant at Sofico since March 2008, Bart started by focusing on data migration to the Miles leasing software and later joined the technical team handling release, environment, and database management. Prior to Sofico, Bart served as Data Migration Team Leader at ALD Automotive, overseeing data migration projects, and worked as Analyst Programmer/Team Leader at Securex, where responsibilities included managing mainframe applications and guiding key projects like Y2K and Euro conversion. Bart began the career as an analyst in bacteriology at Labo Van Poucke. Educational background includes a degree in Analyst - Programmer from Vormingsinstituut voor KMO's Kortrijk and a Bachelor in Clinical Biology from Sint-Jozefsinstituut Tielt.
