Ben de Pauw

Ben De Pauw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ben'smost recent role is as the VP Strategic Innovations at Sofico, a position they began in June 2021. Ben also held various roles at Sofico, including Product & Solution Management, Development Teamleader & Offshore Development Management, and UX specialist, starting in April 2000 and ongoing. Additionally, they worked as part of the Basecamp R&D team at Sofico from April 2000 to September 2002.

Before joining Sofico, Ben De Pauw worked at Sint-Niklaas City Council & Police Dept as a Project Management IT professional from August 1997 to March 2000. Prior to that, they were an Analyst-Developer at S.D.P from November 1996 to July 1997.

Ben De Pauw obtained a Bachelor's degree in UX Design from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in IT (analysis & development), Economics, and English from HOGENT, from 1992 to 1995.
