Bert van den Berg has extensive experience in business consulting and service delivery management, currently holding the position of Business Consultant / Service Delivery Manager at Sofico since March 2020. Previously, Bert spent over 19 years at BMW Group Financial Services in various managerial roles, including Manager Projecten, where responsibilities included leading the development of an online customer portal, and Manager Customer Interaction Center, overseeing three sub-departments with a combined total of 42 FTE. Bert also served as Process and Quality Manager, spearheading international projects and change programs, and held finance-related positions such as Finance Manager and Finance Supervisor. Bert's educational background includes a Post HBO in Business Control & Management Accounting from Utrecht Business School and a degree in Financial Administration from NCOI.
