Niels Joosten has extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving at Sofico since July 2008 with roles ranging from Sales Business Development to Sr. Business Consultant. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, pre-sales consulting, and project organization, as well as serving as a solution architect and mentor for junior colleagues. Niels has worked on numerous international projects for top-tier automotive and finance clients, focusing on business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery. Prior to Sofico, Niels held positions as a Business Analyst at ALD Automotive, where significant contributions were made to the rollout of ERP software, and at RCI Banque, providing commercial support. Niels holds a Master’s degree in Literature and Linguistics from K.U.Leuven and has pursued advanced studies in applied linguistics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
