Ruben Bonefaas

Ruben Bonefaas serves as the Country Manager for the Netherlands at Sofico since July 2022, overseeing operations to effectively serve international customers. Previously, Ruben held the position of Business Unit Manager at Sofico and worked at SD Worx as a Global Account Executive, focusing on optimizing global HR and payroll strategies. Prior to these roles, Ruben was employed at Raet in various capacities, including Account Director, Client Manager, and Transition and Transformation Manager, responsible for client relations and service delivery. Ruben began academic pursuits with a Master of Science in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economie en Recht from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, as well as a VWO diploma from Christelijk College Zeist.
